Women-led, FEBA-compliant EbA model integrating vetiver (Tsabre), baobab (Kuka), moringa (Zogale), compost enterprise and Hausa SMS/USSD early warning with Kebbi State Ministry of Environment. Built on 20 years community technology and 3ha pilot with 8,000 seedlings annual capacity.
