What is FORESIGHT?
FORESIGHT: Future of Health Education is the Innovation Arm of DUCEE LTD (RC 2000452). We are Transforming How Primary School Students in Birnin Kebbi Learn Health — By Embedding Real Health Knowledge into 4 Core School Subjects: Hausa, English, Mathematics, and Basic Science & Technology. Our Goal: Create a Health-Literate Generation that can use DUCEE Health Hub, Understand their DHR, and Lead Healthier lives.
1. Hausa (Yaren Hausa)
Teaching Health in our Mother Tongue. Students learn Lafiyar Jiki, Tsabtace Muhalli, and Lafiyar Al'umma in Hausa. Example: "Yadda ake kiyaye Lafiya da Tsafta." Easier to Understand, Easier to Practice at Home in Birnin Kebbi.
2. English Language
Health Literacy in Global Language. Students learn Medical Vocabulary, How to Read Prescriptions, Write Health Reports, and Communicate Symptoms Clearly in English. Example: "How to Describe Fever, Headache, and use DUCEE Health Hub to Chat a Nurse."
3. Mathematics
Health Numeracy. Students Calculate Drug Dosage, BMI, Lab Values, Vaccination Schedules, and Hospital Billing. Example: "If a Child Weighs 25kg and Dosage is 10mg/kg, How Much Medicine? Practical Math for Real Health Decisions."
4. Basic Science & Technology (BST)
The Core Health Science. Human Body Systems, Diseases, Nutrition, First Aid, Environmental Health. Interactive learning with DUCEE Digital Tools. Example: Learning the Human Anatomy on Screen like in our Banner — Heart, Lungs, DNA — Powered By DUCEE Health Hub.
